Photos are by appointment only. We will book 2 people per 10 minute time slot. You will need to book a 10 minute time slot for EACH COSTUME that you choose to take photos in.

If you are taking photos in multiple costumes, please book one costume per 10 minutes (please do not book BOTH sessions at a given time UNLESS you have more than one dancer and would like them to both take individual photos). This allows us to photograph another dancer as your dancer changes into their next costume, maximizing our time on photo day.

Example 1: I want my child to take photos in one costume. I will book one time spot.

Example 2: I want my child to take photos in 3 costumes. I will book three consecutive appointments.
Ex: 11:30, 11:40 and 11:50.

Example 3: I have two children who dance at ADA. I would like them both to take photos in one costume and I would also like a photo of them together in the same costumes that they are wearing for their individual photos. I can book BOTH time slots at a given time or book two close to eachother (ex: 11am and 11:10am). Since you have a time booked for both of them, we can also squeeze in a photo of them together.

Example 4: I have two children who dance at ADA. I would like them to take photos together but not individually. I can book one time slot and they can take photos together.

Although we have tried to cover most photo scenarios, we are aware that some families have circumstances that aren't specified above. If you have any questions or have trouble booking, please reach out to Erin directly at 985-290-9060 and we will assist you in any way possible.

We ask that you let us know that you will be able to make it for any reason so that we can open the appointment to someone else.
